In early 2015 Steeltech invested in a state of the art Kinetic 2500 HD CNC Plasma cutter, with an optioned drill turret and oxy-fuel torch, a cutting bed of 6.3m x 3.2m and a Hypertherm 260X unit powering it all.
The hypertherm plasma unit making light work of most common thickness materials boasting a cut thickness of 65mm in mild, 50mm stainless, 50mm aluminium, while the oxy fuel head allowing for up to 200mm thickness material cutting in mild steel.
